Location is amazing for the ski lift, very cozy and stylish apartment, no street noise or anything negative to report. And Nicoletta is very attentive and helpful and speaks great English 🙂 everything was great!

Appartamento molto grande, luminoso, adatto a famiglia numerosa. Noi ci siamo stati per sciare, molto utile deposito seminterrato per attrezzature sciistiche. Particolarmente puliti e belli i bagni, credo ristrutturati da poco. Cabinovia esattamente di fronte attraversando la strada. Ottimo avere parcheggio interno alla proprietà gratuito che altrimenti sarebbe stato a pagamento. Nicoletta molto gentile, chiamata un paio di volte sempre reattiva e gentile. Siamo arrivati prima del check-in ma ci hanno permesso di anticiparlo Il check-out era fissato alle 9 ma ci hanno consentito di posticiparlo alle 10. Direi tutto perfetto.

Appartamento perfettamente spazioso per 6 persone, a pochi passi dal centro di Bormio e di fronte all'impianto di risalita (se ne hai bisogno). Eravamo con un gruppo di amici per andare in bicicletta nella regione, la posizione ideale per questo è l'ideale. Inoltre, è molto comodo poter riporre le biciclette in un garage privato con serratura. Perfect ruim appartement voor 6 personen, op loopafstand van het centrum van Bormio en tegenover de skilift (mocht je die nodig hebben). Wij waren met een groep vrienden om te fietsen in de regio, de ligging hiervoor is ideaal. Ook is het super handig dat je fietsen kunt stallen in een eigen afsluitbare garage.

L'appartamento rispecchia bene la descrizione fatta sulla pagina, ben rifinito in stile "montagna", molto pulito ed ordinato. Perfetta la posizione per chi scia, proprio ad un passo dalla funivia, si raggiunge a piedi in meno di dieci minuti anche il centro di Bormio.

E' stato un soggiorno bellissimo! La casa è molto grande, pulita e ben attrezzata per ogni esigenza. La posizione è incredibile, di fronte all'ovovia che porta a Bormio 2000, partenza di tutte le piste del comprensorio. Comodissima per chi vuole sciare, ma vicina comunque al centro del paese. Nicoletta è stata molto gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta e chiarimento. Spero di poter tornare presto a soggiornare in questo bellissimo appartamento.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, come a casa, e se dovessimo tornare a Bormio senz’altro sarebbe la nostra prima scelta! Excellent location, probably the closest to the cablecar you could get. Lovely flat, with plenty of space to accommodate six and their ski gear! Safe storage for skis and I imagine bikes in the summer, with ample parking were also big plus points.
L’appartamento della signora Nicoletta è semplicemente meraviglioso. Accogliente, in pieno stile baita montana ma comunque moderno e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione dell’appartamento è spettacolare: davanti alla cabinovia che porta a Bormio 2000 e, allo stesso tempo, a 10 minuti di cammino dal centro storico. Infine, la signora Nicoletta è stata un’ospite eccezionale: disponibilissima ad accontentare le nostre richieste e premurosa nel far sì che la nostra vacanza a Bormio fosse indimenticabile. Onestamente ci vorrebbero più di cinque stelle per esprimere appieno la nostra valutazione.
Appartamento molto accogliente e caldo. Vicinanza agli impianti di sci ottimale e comodo anche raggiungere il centro per shopping e ristoranti, non abbiamo mai dovuto spostarci con l'auto.

The host was very kind and friendly, she made every effort to make our stay easy and comfortable. Apartment is on excellent location, check in and check out was simple, quick and effective. Kitchen is good equipped, bathrooms very nice and comfortable, parking was available. Comfortable for up to six persons.

L'appartamento di Nicoletta è un gioiellino. Arredato secondo lo stile tipico, è accogliente e spazioso. Perfetto per un gruppetto di amici, le camere ampie e i due bagni nuovi lo rendono confortevole e comodo. Come se non bastasse la posizione è perfetta: situato di fronte alla funivia per cui basta attraversare la strada per arrivare alle piste, in più è indicato anche per chi voglia raggiungere il paese, bastano dieci minuti a piedi. Nicoletta è una persona gentilissima e disponibile come ha dimostrato durante i giorni trascorsi nella sua casa. Pienamente soddisfatti della scelta, se dovessimo ritornarci lo riprenderemmo certamente.
There were 2 couples staying in the condo We were in Bormio for a cycling weekend. The condo was perfect. The decoration, size, condition, location were all spot on. The condo was quiet and very comfortable and we did not feel cramped for lack of privacy. It was a short- (5-10 min) walk to the center of town. The Bormio 2000 lift was directly across the street. I would highly recommend this property and would love to go back again. The only negative I can think of was the mattress was not real comfortable in the 2nd bedroom.

We really enjoyed our brief stay in Bormio. An opportunity for skiing and meeting up with old friends. Bormio itself is a lovely place and very picturesque. Thank you to Nicoletta! And to Monica who met us at Bormio to let us into the apartment. Key highlights: Lovely, spacious accommodation which was well-equipped and clean. Fantastic location in terms of access to ski hire and the gondola. Good communication before our trip. Minor points: We couldn't initially get our car parked (no spaces left) so it was a little tricky driving around in the dark trying to find an alternative. But we were informed in advance there may not be spaces. Pricewise, this is more than we have previously paid - but it was a large flat. And I think this is reflective of Bormio prices / time of year / general price rises in rental accommodation.

Ottimi spazi, gradevole e famigliare arredamento, posizione sensazionale per chi scía. La zona giorno è molto confortevole anche essendo in sei persone. Il gusto un po' datato dell'arredamento è un plus, evitando la freddezza di tante location contemporanee ma standard. Servizi spaziosi e di buon livello. Il park compreso è ottimo e pratico. Direi che non potevo aspettarmi di meglio, grazie e... alla prossima!

Top Wohung in Top Lage beim Skilift. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Auch die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Alles war gut. Nur Garage war zu klein, aber draußen hatte es genügend Parkplätze. Die Autos werden halt immer breiter!

O apartamento fica em fronte ao lift de Bormio. Para o centro é uma caminhada curta. Nicoletta foi super gentil e atenciosa. Até carona ganhamos na chegada. Para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção são 3 lances de escada sem elevador... amamos tudo lá e certamente voltaremos.

Thank you Nicoletta for allowing us to stay in your great apartment in the beautiful town of Bormio. We had a fabulous time and could not have been more comfortable. The apartment is great, very well positioned for summer or winter activity. There was plenty of room for us and the bike gear. It would be perfect for a larger family group also. The decor and furnishings are great. Small hiccup with the internet connection initially but that was sorted quickly. Arrangements with local friends for key pick up and drop off worked perfectly, thanks to Michela and her family. I would thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone wanting an easy, comfortable and 'want for nothing' stay in Bormio. Thank you once again, we hope to return to Bormio again some time.

Posizione strategica proprio di fronte alla funivia 2000 e molto vicino a molti ristoranti e negozi di alimentari oltre che di sport. Proprietaria e persona di riferimento per consegna chiavi molto gentili e disponibili! Noi eravamo due famiglie con figli piccoli e ci siamo trovati molto bene, di sicuro ci ritorneremo!!

L'appartamento è situato proprio di fronte agli impianti sciistici, quindi è molto consigliato per chi ama sciare. In generale l'appartamento è molto spazioso e pulito. La cucina è moderna ed è fornita di tutti gli accessori indispensabili ed anche i due bagni sono di ottima fattura con una bella doccia dal getto molto potente. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e va incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. In definitiva non posso che consigliare questo appartamento.
The apartment is immediately opposite the ski station and a short walk to the restaurants. The apartment is very well appointed and has everything you’ll need for a family.
Three couples stayed in this apartment. It was clean and very nice. The living room had ample room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a washing machine. The location was very convenient for skiing and being able to take a quick walk into town, or to grab a bus. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Nicoletta was very responsive on getting us some wine glasses (most important on vacation!). We would certainly look at staying in her home again should we take a future trip to Bormio.
Brilliant place to stay. We were 4 adults and a 2 year old. It is located directly opposite the Gondola to bormio 2000. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I have skied a lot of places and this was by far the best place I have stayed in terms of location and space. Nicoletta is a great host and made everything easy. We didn't need much during our time but I have no doubt that it would have been dealt with immediately in a friendly manner. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were large and comfortable. The living area felt homly and comfy and the 2 bathrooms and kitchen were updated to a good standard. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!
Best location I have ever had. Within steps to ski lift, ticket office , bars , and ski bus to other locations. Parked my car in assigned parking space and walked to everything. Only used my car to get to mountain spas. Everything I needed in apartment, which was clean and newly redone. Great ski town.
